As a young child helping in my family’s thrift and convenience stores, I learned the value of finding quality merchandise at low costs for our customers. Watching my grandmother and mother search high and low at flea markets and local sales our family’s mission was to sale quality products but for an affordable price. Being able to provide our community with the products we all love and to do with it great customer service and care for our community. My love for helping people comes from a line of strong women who made it their mission to help others carried with me through my adult life. After the passing of my grandmother and mother my yearning for wanting to help my community as they did become strong as ever. I wanted to show my children the value of helping others and leave something for them to continue as my grandmother did for us. While sitting home during the pandemic I watched family and friends affected by the pandemic and not able to afford the items they love. I was wondering what I could do to help our family, friends and community while still doing what I love most with my family right close by, helping others.
